Course Certificate and Completion Policy

Purpose

This policy outlines the requirements for learners enrolled in Mildot Group’s online courses to successfully complete the course and obtain a certificate of completion.

Scope

This policy applies to all learners participating in any of Mildot Group’s eLearning courses.

Policy Statement

Final Test Requirement: All learners must complete and pass the final test at the end of the course to qualify for a certificate of completion. The test is designed to assess the learner’s understanding of the course material.

• Passing Criteria:
  • Learners must achieve a minimum score of 65% to pass the test.
  • The passing score will be clearly communicated at the beginning of the course.

• Test Attempts:
  • Learners are allowed multiple attempts to pass the final test over the 12 month access period.
  • Additional attempts may be granted at the discretion of the course administrator.

• Certificate Issuance:
  • Certificates will only be issued to learners who meet the passing criteria.
  • Certificates will be delivered electronically after successful test completion.

• Support:
  • Learners who do not pass the test will have access to support and feedback to help them improve their understanding of the material.

Monitoring and Review

Mildot Group will periodically review the test structure and passing criteria to ensure fairness and alignment with learning objectives.

Communication

This policy is communicated to learners at the start of the course and included in the course materials.
