This policy complies with the following UK legislation:

  • Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974: Mandates a duty of care for the health and safety of all employees and individuals interacting with the organisation.

      • Offer mental health support for employees impacted by prolonged digital exposure.
    • Learner and Client Safety:
      • Ensure all eLearning platforms are user-friendly and secure.
      • Provide clear guidance on the safe use of online platforms.
      • Protect learners and clients from cyberbullying, harassment, or misuse of digital tools.
    • Data Security and Privacy:
      • Comply with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 to ensure the secure handling of personal data.
      • Provide regular training for employees on data protection policies.
      • Conduct audits to ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
    • Training and Awareness:
      • Provide training on the safe use of digital platforms and systems.
      • Educate employees, learners, and clients on digital security best practices.
      • Ensure all staff are aware of their responsibilities under the DSE regulations.
    • Incident Management:
      • Establish a procedures for reporting and responding to digital health and safety incidents.Conduct investigations to identify root causes and implement preventive measures.
      • Notify relevant authorities in compliance with reporting requirements (e.g., ICO for data breaches).

    • Employees:

    This policy is available on the company website, and included in onboarding materials for employees, clients, and learners. Updates will be communicated via email and other appropriate channels.
