Anthony Gledhill founded Mildot Group in 2014, drawing on decades of military service, corporate security leadership and international consultancy experience.
His career spans frontline operations to executive level responsibilities, protecting people, business operations and critical infrastructure in complex threat environments.

Why I Built Mildot Group
Throughout my career, one lesson has remained constant: knowing something and being capable of applying it are two very different things.
I established Mildot Group to bridge the difference between conventional security training and the realities of private sector operations, providing practical learning and security consultancy grounded in real world experience, sound judgement and effective delivery.

Professional Experience & Consultancy
Corporate Security in Complex Threat Environments
Corporate security leadership within international oil and gas operations, protecting thousands of personnel, business operations and critical infrastructure.
Responsibilities included counter terrorism, risk management, emergency response, evacuation and coordination with corporate leadership, police, military and approximately 50 subcontractor security managers.
Critical Infrastructure & Government Agency Operations
Security assessments covering oil and gas facilities, government command centres, military and police facilities, hospitals, heliports and essential services.
Work included identifying vulnerabilities, designing protective measures and improving emergency preparedness.
Government & Specialist Capability Development
Design and delivery of specialist security training for government agencies in the Middle East, including engagement with senior government and military stakeholders.
Protective Security & Counter Terrorism Consultancy
Independent consultancy covering protective security, counter terrorism, risk assessment, security design and crisis preparedness.
Advice based on direct experience of implementing and managing security within complex organisations.
