Who We Are
Mildot Group, established in 2014, is a specialist security network of hand picked professionals who are recognised for delivering tailored protective security, counter terrorism, and defence procurement and training solutions in benign to complex and high-risk environments.
Our expertise spans every level of security provision, from operational delivery to strategic management, supporting organisations across multiple global industries. Drawing on the extensive experience of our founding team in the British military, we have successfully translated precision, planning, and decision-making skills into effective, results-driven security systems for the defence and private sectors.

What We’ve Done
Mildot Group Owner & Lead Consultant
For the last 18 years, I’ve worked across every level of security operations internationally. I’ve made the brews, answered the phones, and I’ve also been the senior decision-maker on billion-dollar projects. Nothing has been beneath me, and nothing has been beyond me. If it needed doing, I got it done.
I’ve:
- Designed security systems, conducted threat, vulnerability and risk assessments, and managed large scale security operations involving interoperability with police and military units.
- Designed and delivered specialist training in VIP protection, defence skills, and security operations.
- Procured equipment for government organisations, brokered deals, and liaised directly with ministers.
- Ive also been a registered firearms dealer, meaning I’ve had the paperwork headaches and accountability battles to prove it.
- Hired, managed, and directed teams, both locally and remotely, on complex international contracts.
- Travelled extensively to deliver and oversee projects in some of the most challenging environments.
Along the way, I’ve sat on both sides of the table, advising multinational corporate heads on security procedures, and being the one making the final call on contract awards. I built a private security company from scratch, recruited the personnel, and directed operations in environments where mistakes weren’t an option.
I’ve attended academic and professional courses, but more importantly, I’ve taken the theory, tested it, bent it, rewritten it, and made it actually work in the real world. I’ve been vetted by government agencies, delivered high-profile projects, and turned risk into long-term results.
In short, I’ve worked on the ground, led from the front, and made the tough decisions. I’ve rolled the dice on big business risks, and I’ve seen the rewards that follow when you get it right.
Now, I take all of that knowledge and experience and channel it into helping others succeed in 21st-century security management. The advice I give and the courses I design aren’t just theory, they’re built on lived experience.

I’m not even going to get into my 22-year career in the British Army. I applied the same mindset but that’s a whole other story for another day.
